The place itself is pretty simple and empty, but the staff is helpfull. But they always look tired/unsatisfied for some reason ?

Easy to swap their address with the same street in an other district... (this is in 13th and a few miles ahead to the North there's a same address but that's 4th district...) so easy to miss with or without GoogleMaps

Well organized, even COVID aspects would let you say so. Quick to get your things. Parking is awful though. Have a walk.

I love the Mall, the entrance was on Csanády Street. The store is nice, clean and tidy.

Helpful people. Might be a bit hard to find. Mall.hu doing a great service here. We had to service or replace a Skullcandy on-ear headset and they were eager to help. We got back our money in the end.

Pickup point for stuff you buy online from them if you're not having it delivered. Not a store really, just a pickup point with a counter and a couple of small display cabinets. We've bought quite a few items here and always been pleased.

I chose to use Mall Hu because it was in the highest rated stores list on Arukereso. At first it seemed great because the item I ordered was promptly sent out and I also received many emails in conjunction with the order as well as from the delivery personel. When the item arrived to my home it appeared to be in flawless condition considering it was wrapped up and you cant open it with second party delivery service standing around waiting. After opening the item i noticed it had a bad or faulty part so I immediately repackaged it and contacted Mall Hu about the situation. They assured me that they would pick up the item and then replace it with another one no problem. At that point i was totally put on the back burner and its been a week and i still have no item, no update, no answers, however, they promptly came to retrieve the first item and held it somewhere for days before it was given back to the warehouse. My observation about this ordeal is that Mall Hu was obviously supported by Arukereso for this item so Mall Hu executed the initial service with great speed and tact to fulfill its obligation that is held and backed by Arukereso. Once the initial part was completed, that obviously seemed good enough to protect the reputations of both companies, never revealing the rest of the unfinished situation. At the moment, Im out 95,000 huf, have no item, no answers, and have made several calls today alone that have rendered useless. A word of advice after several purchases in this country from the so called "recommended lists".... don't believe you will treated with any more or less respect or dignity by using the big name companies over the smaller ones. From my experience neither one care about the customers or the level of service provided in this country. Mall and Arukesero both share the score of 5 deteriorating black stars.
