Worst Airlines, our flight destination has been changed. On arrival Wizzair forgot about clients, they didn't care how people will reach final destination in 600 km away. No any compensations from the company side. Can't recomend it for anybody. UPD After 2 months tickets price has been refunded. Can't tell that it was easy to get.

Dissapointing, not reliable, getting worse and worse.. used to have decent prices and lots of low-cost flights, but nowadays, it's all bad: - the variety of flights has been significantly reduced - the prices went up (not to mention the fact that the low cost applies only to low conditions & no bags, once you select any kind of bag, the prices are the same as with expensive airlines, but the conditions are incomparable) - customer orientation is inexistent: even for modifying your personal details in your account, like the address, apparently you need to call the call centre, which is expensive and requires a lot of waiting time (not sure if you need to pay for that too)

Be careful with wizzair... after unavailable online check-in I must pay 70€ in Vienna airport for check-in there! The are just steelers and poor services! ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ the same was in London Before

I had a flight from Bucharest yo Barcelona. I was not allowed to check in until I paid for another rapid test wich I didn't use at my destination. The personal was rude. Note to self: don't fly with Wizzair

Very cheap flights, I've taken like 5 or 6 times. I would like to appreciate the kindness of the cabin crew of the 14th of June, 2022 (FCO-CTA and CTA-AUH). I broke my foot, and they assisted me in every way possible. God bless you guys.

Worst airline ever. Changed my flight 2 times. After changing the flight they wanted me to accept/reschedule/ask for a refund. But this is not possible - because their booking system is not updated yet, saying "Please return back soon to see the changes." now for a 4th day already. So I'm stuck, with a rescheduled flight by Wizz Air, not able to make any changes to my booking. So I tried the "chat assistant": "All our agents are busy at the moment, please try again in a few minutes." So I tried to fill out the claim by email: no answer So I tried to call the call centre: "you are 25th in a line; estimated waiting time: 30 minutes" and I should pay 1eur/minute for waiting. What? The only thing good with this company is low prices. Everything else is a total disaster.

Worst airline ever. Their app didn't work to check-in, their website check-in didn't show at airport check-in and they charged 160€ to check-in despite being their fault. Let alone thet check-in is part of the ticket. The ticket seems cheap at beginning but adding the cost of check-in, cost of assistance for ill people, cost of other hidden fees and you pay more than the most premium airline... Avoid these scammers...

Be careful with the new Wizz air priority offer… not clear at all and at the end you have to pay extra 35 euros for your boarding pass… so use the basic and your will get what you pay for… basic. Ground staff is receiving a lot of complains from guests being confused by the offer. Looking forward to seeing your wizz priority program to be changed.
