Több, mint 20 napja adtam le a megrendelést, pár napon belül megkaptam az értesítést, hogy minden rendelt termék rendelkezésre áll és utalhatom a pénzt. Ezt rögtön meg is tettem, ez is több, mint két hete volt. Küldték az értesítést, hogy másnap feladják a csomagot. Másnap küldték az emailt, hogy az egyik tétel hiányzik. Email váltások történtek, de rettenetesen lassan, napokkal később válaszoltak csak. Majd mikor már azt is felajánlottam, hogy inkább elmegyünk a rendelt dolgokért, akkor nagy nehezen válaszoltak, rettentő rossz kifogásokat említve, hogy miért állt ennyire ez a megrendelés. Majd ma felhívtak, hogy nincs készleten a medence sem. Átverés az egész, csak az okát nem értem. Telefonon teljesen elérhetetlenek, emailben is 3-4 nap, mire hajlandóak válaszolni. Senkinek sem ajánlom, még az ellenségeimnek sem. not deserve a star. Then they called for no pool in stock. Scam all over, I just don't understand the reason. Totally inaccessible by phone, via email 3-4 days before willing to answer. I don't recommend it to anyone, even to my enemies.

A visszajelzés után átvételi egyeztetés miatt hívtam őket, de gorombán helyre utasítottak, hogy az nem nekem szólt, várjak türelemmel mert nekik nagyon sok dolguk van.Jelezni fognak. 3hét után érdeklődésemre közölték, hogy a rendelés törlésre került, mert 2 hétig nem jelentkeztem. Egy idő után küldtek levelet hogy nem tudják küldeni a csomag mert nincs. Ez rendben is van élőfordul. Én válaszoltam a levélre rendben akkor utalja vissza a pénzt (mert az első levélben nem volt róla szó) A válasz természetesen vissza küldi de az Áfsz-re hivatkozva levont 1000 Forintot. Nem az összeg a lényeg. Hanem hogy nem érdekli esetleg máskor is szeretnék itt vásárolni. Vagy akik el ovassák a véleményeket mennyire bíznak bennük ? Negative. Majdnem két hetet vártunk a csomagunkra. Többet innen nem rendelünk. Kaptam egy emailt, hogy átadva a futárnak, 1-2nap és itt lesz. Napok teltek el, a futár sehol (gondoltam eltévedt). Írtam a medencediszkontnak, majd a válasz az volt, elnézést elkeveredett a raktárba a csomag. Hogy keveredhet el a raktárba, ha a futárnak átadták? Több mint két hetet vártam, egy ideig van türelme az embernek. A megrendelt keringető 5m3-es medencéhez való, kosárba téve már 10m3 lett. Majd a számlán már azt is megtudtam, hogy bestway márka. Kíváncsian várom mi lesz a boxba, ha egyszer megkapom. Időközben a medencében az algák is jól érzik magukat, mert több mint két hete nincs keringetve a víz. Ugyanitt algaevő halat keresek.
