★ ★ ★ ★ ★ október 31-én kifizetett 6 db étkező székből 5 db-ot tudtam átvenni eddig. Az utolsó darabról a mai napig nem tudnak tájékoztatást adni.
Budaörsi ügyfélszolgálat elérhetetlen napok óta.
Az árukiadás rendkívül lassú.
 I have been able to pick up 5 of the 6 dining chairs I paid for on October 31st. To this day, they are unable to provide information on the last piece.
Budaörs customer service has been unavailable for days.
Delivery of goods is extremely slow.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Az értékelés kizárólag a termék átvételére vonatkozik. Kifizettem a helyszínen előre. Jelezték, hogy jöhetek érte. A biztonsági őr először nem jó helyre irányított. Ezt követően az árukiadáson több, mint egy órát vártam, mert a raktárosok állítólag nem megfelelő helyre rakták a terméket. Mondanám, hogy nevetséges, de nem az mert attól jól érzi magát az ember…
Hozzáteszem azt is, hogy a kifizetésig minden rendben volt, ezért nem 1 csillag.
Ha tudtam volna, hogy ez lesz inkább kifizettem volna egy szállítást.
The evaluation only applies to the receipt of the product. I paid on the spot in advance. They indicated I could come for it. The security guard was not directed to the right place at first. After that, I waited more than an hour for the goods to be released because the warehouse workers allegedly put the product in the wrong place. I would say it's ridiculous, but it's not because it makes you feel good…
I would also add that everything was fine until the payout, so not 1 star.
If I had known it would have been more I would have paid for a shipping.

Vicc....tájèkoztatni sem kèpesek a pènzem meg csücsül náluk.
I've been waiting 1 month for a crappy mirror to be removed from Biatorbágy, Bp. Lehel Road.
Joke .... I can't even inform my money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SZÉGYEN!!! Az épületben nincs fűtés! Az alkalmazottak és a vásárlók egyaránt téli kabátban vannak bent! Embertelen körülmények között dolgoznak itt bent! Mérhetetlen szégyen a vezetőség részéről!
SHAME!!! There is no heating in the building! Employees and customers alike are in winter coats! They work in inhumane conditions inside! Immeasurable shame on the part of the management!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Az ételt egészen addig átlagosnak találtuk, ameddig nem került elő egy masszív szőrszál. Tippelni sem szeretnék milyen testtájról származhatott... Az asztalnál ülő négy ember nevében adom ezt a gyenge 1-es értékelést.
The food was found to be average until a massive hair came out. I don't even want to guess what part of the body it may have come from ... I give this poor 1 rating on behalf of the four people sitting at the table.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Január 15-én rendeltünk egy ülőgarnitúrát, és két nappali falat. Az egyik helyileg a budaörsi raktárukban, a másik 3 hete az üllői úti raktárukban "pihen". 10 hetet ígértek a rendeléskor, és az a bosszantó, hogy többszöri üzletben megjelenés és érdeklődés után is csak hitegettek. Most meg székeken ülünk Húsvétkor!
On January 15, we ordered a sofa and two living room walls. One of them "rests" locally in their warehouse in Budaörs, the other 3 weeks in their warehouse in Üllő. They promised 10 weeks when ordering, and it’s annoying that even after appearing and inquiring at multiple stores, they just waved. We're sitting in chairs now at Easter!
