To summarize my experience.
I ordered an item online in the sale. Selected option to collect in person at the store.
Payment was taken on day of the order being place.
After numerous phone calls and emails spanning 2 months, and being told it would arrive in their warehouse the next week each time, I then received an email to say that they can no longer fulfill my order and to email requesting a refund.
I have emailed and requested a refund and 2+ weeks later, still not received my money back!!!
Why I had to email in the first place when they know that they can't compete the order is another question in itself. Surely you would just issue the refund immediately. I wonder what is happening with that money still sat in their accounts?
