Egyenleglekérdezés, számlabefizetés, adatjegyek és feltöltőkártya vásárlása intézhető, azonban készülékvásárlás, egyedi ajánlat igénybe vétele, valamint szolgáltatás előfizetése és lemondása nem. I've been to Vodafone and the experience was awful and 3 times more expensive the services. here it just took me 10 minutes and they helped me straight away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ great and fast service. I went there for prepaid sim card for tourist who visit Budapest. and they service by the queue. every staff can do everything. Vodafone doesn't do that. you went first but if staff can't do it then you have to wait and people came after you get service first.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to wait a bit for my turn, but that was the only negative thing I got to say about this store - and there were about 5 desks open, so I can't really complain about the wait either, it was just a busy time it seems.
The shop assistant was friendly and got me exactly what I wanted quickly. English was absolutely no problem (I also noticed several other staff advising customers in English). The prepaid card worked within minutes and 4G+ coverage is great and fast (with occasional 5G coverage). No complaints at all.
