Az ügyintézők nagyon kedvesek mind az üzletben,mindenhol,
De a rendszerük pocsék!!!
3 hónap alatt 2 panaszlevelet küldtem a címükre= válara sem méltattak! Az üzletben mást látnak,mint amit a központban.
Egyik ezt mondta másik azt.
20 éve voltam ügyfelük, töbször
Rosszul számláztak, 1év alatt tudták átírni a lakcímet+ a flotta tagságomból kilépést. Duplán kiszámláztak + de ha késtem
A csekkel rögtön 2000ft a bünti!
A Vodafonhoz kényszerültem menni! -10 csillagot adnék!!
One of the most scandalous providers I have ever dealt with!
The clerks are very kind both in the store, everywhere,
But their system is bad !!!
In 3 months I sent 2 letters of complaint to their address = they didn't appreciate it! They see something different in the store than what is in the center.
One said this another said that.
I have been their client for 20 years, several times
They were billed badly, they were able to rewrite their home address in 1 year + exit my fleet membership. They were billed twice + but if I was late
The check is immediately 2000ft penalty!
I had to go to Vodafone! -I would give -10 stars !!

Sikerült elérni, ha valaha is hozok ki készüléket soha többet Telenor alatt.
Nagyon szomorú vagyok 2016 óta állandó előfizető előtte 18 éves koromóta kártyás.
Borzasztó és elfogadhatatlan, hogy a telenor megengedi ezt.
Nem csodálkozom, az ügyfelek vélemenyén.

I went to great lengths with my dear colleague from Dunaújváros and my Calvary is not over yet.
I managed to achieve if I ever bring out a device ever again under Telenor.
I am very sad since 2016 as a permanent subscriber in front of him 18 years old card age card.
It is horrible and unacceptable that telenor allows this.
