Az üzletben egy nagyon kedves, mosolygós Vivien nevezetű kishölgyel beszéltem, aki át is váltotta egyeztetés után a díjcsomagomat.Az üzlet tiszta és rendezett, a tájekoztatás és kiszolgálás kiváló,számomra kellemes volt az itt tartózkodás. Személyesen bementem, bemutatták a "nullás" készülékeket, majd közölte a hölgy, hogy cc. havi 2.500 Ft-tal emelkedik az előfizetési díjam. Nem kértem a készüléket. Elég ócska trükknek tartom az ilyen eladás ösztönző magatartást! they repeatedly phoned to give a free handset as an old customer. I went in person, introduced the "zero" devices, and then told the lady that cc. your subscription fee will increase by $ 2,500 per month. I didn't ask for the device. I find it a pretty trick to do this kind of sales incentive!

Mindenesetre az eladók barátságosak és felkészültek voltak, így a kiajánlott tarifát 2 évre megkötöttem. A készülékajánlóban a probléma az volt, hogy mindenáron a 11 hónapos részletfizetést ajánlotta a hölgy, hogy milyen klassz dolog kamat nélkül havi 25 rugót fizetni egy csúcs Samsungért. XD A good affiliate business, but the phone suggestion was pretty flat and sleek, so I didn't buy it there. In any case, the sellers were friendly and prepared, so I offered the offered tariff for 2 years. The problem with the device suggestion was that the lady offered the 11-month installment at all costs, how cool it would be to pay 25 springs a month for a top Samsung without interest. XD

Érdekes módon, átmentem a pesti úti telenorhoz, és meg tudták oldani a problémámat. Senkinek nem ajánlom őket! Ugyan messzebb van, de inkább átmegyek a 17. kerületbe! I'm sure I won't come here again. The team is youthful but the ones I met were phlegmatic and characterized by a complete lack of helpfulness !!!!!!! Interestingly, I went over to the Pest road telenor and they were able to solve my problem. I do not recommend them to anyone! It's farther, but I'd rather go to District 17!
