Szerződést szerettünk volna bontani, és a pultban ülő kolléga szemrebbenés nélkül azt hazudta, hogy csak online, vagy telefonon lehet szerződést bontani. Ügyfélbiztonsági kódot kértek, amit mi elfelejtettünk, de hiába volt ott személyesen a szerződő fél, azt állította a kolléga, hogy ha nincs meg a kód, akkor semmit sem lehet csinálni. A kódot egy e-mailből visszakerestük, de kicsit jobban belegondolva, ha elfelejtem a kódot és kitörlöm az e-mailt, akkor örök időre fizetnem kell a vodafone-nak, csak azért mert nem tudom lemondani? A segítőkészség teljes hiányával, és arrogáns hozzáállással, ez a Vodafone üzlet és a teljes Vodafone a legalja kategóriában szerepel nálam. (Más kérdés, hogy telefonos lemondás alkalmával visszahívást igértek, de persze nem hívtak vissza, korábban, amikor ajánlattal akartak megkeresni, akkor kértem, hogy ne délelőtt hívjanak, de ezt 4 hívás alkalmával el kellett mondanom, mert egyszerűen nem értették meg, hogy akkor dolgozom) CAUTION! They asked for a customer security code, which we forgot, but even though the contractor was there in person, the colleague said that if we didn’t have the code, nothing could be done. We retrieved the code from an email, but on a little more thought, if I forget the code and delete the email, will I have to pay vodafone forever, just because I can’t cancel? With a complete lack of helpfulness and an arrogant attitude, this Vodafone store and the entire Vodafone is in the lowest category for me. Szerződést módosítottunk- a vodafone része simán ment, a tv-digitális szolgáltatás módosítása a rendszer hiányosságai miatt nehezebben-de a segíteni akarás végett szintén sikerült. Az üzlettől függetlenül a vodafone felhasználói felülete kritikán aluli lett illetve a upc-vodafone szolgáltatása sem zökkenőmentes. ? We changed the contract - part of vodafone went smoothly, it was more difficult to change the digital TV service due to the shortcomings of the system - but we also managed to help.
