★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For the children, this place was perfect. It had some indoor pools and slides which my girls really had fun with. I tried escaping to check out the adult attractions but was a bit disappointed to find out the limited options they had for adults. Anyway, we came in the winter so maybe in the summer there are me facilities. In general, the girls had a great time so I'm happy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ October, inside pools. Little bit disappointed since in October we had a feeling that is bit chilly in side. We stayed in Park in hotel which one is good since it's connected with tunnel directly on kids part of building which why we choose it, but kids pools work only till 18:00 what was big surprise for us. Generally kids loved part for them, other parts we used only adventure pool other one not since it's bit complicated move around. Generally kids loved pools but we have that biter taste since was bit chilly and worked only till 18

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All announcements in Hungarian, German and - I think - Russian. But not in English. Staff should be able to speak basic English as well.
It's a big place but the building is a labyrinth! Needs better signposting in various languages. However on the second occasion we got an idea where we were going.
It's a great place for the family. All day wasn't enough for the kids! Clean and that was a surprise for us as we have seen really bad swimming pools in Western world. Polite and helpful staff.
No problem with parking. Not bad food in the restaurants.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfect place where for families with small children. Pricewise it is OKish, but you need to know where to eat though ;) both the indoor and outdoor slide systems are worth visiting, but can get crowded early afternoon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Coool place! The best for families and small kids! They are poor in languages. Mainly they speak just German (Hungarian language is their mother toung), bit they are very polite and problem solving oriented. Recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place itself is great. Lots of pools, slides, etc outside and inside, for kids and adults. It is a bit of a maze to access every place.
I just want to highligh the poor quality of the food services.
Few options, cash only, and nearly 1h wait for 1 of the 3 items on the menu (all of them fried meat wirh fries).
We were patient enough to wait. But many people sit and then left aftet waiting just forbthe waitress to take their orders.
In that food area the ladies work like 30 years ago. The other food places near the kids pools are decent, but the one in "adult" area is poor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zalakros is a beautiful little town with lots of resting wellness facilities with plenty of hotels café restaurant the little town is nice and tidy with friendly people.
The town is kept very clean and have fantastic public service too like coaches and local buses to get you around.
You can hire bike :) I just love this place ??
If you love countryside with lots of green and with plenty of fresh air you can go wrong.
