★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to cashier desk to ask how much it will cost, The cashier girl looked at me like I was from Mars or Venus,, the staff seems to not speak a word of English and the attitude is completely unfriendly. I did not even bother to enter and rather went to Csurgo thermal bath not far from there. Csurgo is a smaller town but the staff were very friendly and helpful. Csurgo was modern and clean, new facility. I do not understand how unfriendly staff are placed at front desks to deal with customers. Do you want to do business or not?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed here during Christmas holidays and the place was completely overcrowded. The pools were completely packed, there wasn't one free deckchair, chair or even free spot on tiles. It is obvious that the management policy is not concerned with health and hygiene but only with profit. It is a great shame that managment does not implement some kind of maximum quota of visitors like some of thermal spas in Austria have done. It would make the experience of this otherwise nice spa much more enjoyable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ bad, not recommended, above-average prices of Hungarian spas, rude staff, except for older lifeguards. there is no ticket to access only the indoor pools but you have to buy the ticket which also includes the outside area but the slides have restrictions very constraining (height and weight) in practice an 11-year-old child cannot use them except in a very small part.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Without any doubt, my favorite spa location in all of Hungary. The reason it didn’t get a 5th star, is that I feel heated robe rails outside would make a huge difference, if you’re visiting visiting the outdoor healing pools in cold climates it can be extremely cold.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Combination of aquapark and thermal baths. Several pools with hot thermal water (up to 36 C) for relaxation, a pool with sea waves, adrenaline slides, indoor adventure pools. Everyone will find something. Lots of greenery and places to rest. A pleasantly spent day. Free parking cca 200m.
