Mondta az eladó, hogy ekkora tételben biztosan kapható, de a Jászberényi úti raktárban vehetem át. Így átmentem oda. Autó, utánfutó stb.. Jelzem egy terméket sem tudtam venni, ugyanis egy termék 2 féle színtónusából tudtak volna adni 10m²-t a kért 15 helyett, a másikból meg 1m² sem volt. Miért nem tudta közölni velem a hölgy, hogy kár átmennem? Vicc az egész. I went straight into the sample store to find out if the product I wanted was available. Ez a kisebb probléma. A nagyobb az, hogy nem a kiválasztott csempét számlázta ki, de a kódszámból ez nem derült ki számomra. Mikor vettem volna át, akkor szembesültem vele, hogy nem ezt rendeltem. Utólag kiderült, hogy a kettő között csak egy betű különbség volt. Mindkét problémát végül a Jászberényi úton lévő boltban korrigálták.
