R	Rita Csutáné Budai on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ma voltam az üzletben utoljára. Az általam vásárolt ruha méret és fazon probléma miatt nem felelt meg. Eredeti állapotban , blokkal, vevő információt tartalmazó bilétával ellátva, garancia időn belül kértem hogy a termék árát ajándékkártyára sziveskedjenek feltölteni. A fiatal eladó hölgy , miután szagolgatni kezdte a ruhát, közölte velem, hogy " ezt hordták" Számomra megalázó volt a többi vásárló előtt ez a reakció. Még a gyanuját is visszautasítom, miszerint egy viselt termék cseréjét kértem volna. Nyomatékosan közöltem hogy ez nem igaz, /az egyik ok amiért visszavittem a műanyag összetétel/. A vásárlók könyvébe tettem észrevételt. Az eladó hölgy nem volt hajlandó elárulni a nevét a /főnöke sem/. Elég gyakran vásároltam itt de a két "kedves" dolgozó miatt ez a jövőben nem így lesz. Ez idáig előfordult hogy vastagon alapozóval szennyezett ruhanemükkel találkoztam itt de nem ez tart vissza hogy nagy ívben elkerüljem ezt az üzletet. I was last in the store today. Egy hete vettem Budapesten egy ugyanilyen nadrágot,gondoltam veszek belőle még egyet. De mikor kibontottam már láttam ,hogy a színe más...hát persze ,mert már valaki használta. Nagyon gáz. Nem hagyom annyiban. I ordered online and sent out a used, washed jeans. Label, without everything. Plus, the pants stink of a cheap rinse. What is this?? I bought the same pants in Budapest a week ago, I thought I'd buy another one of them. Itt sosincs szerencsém, a legközelebbi Zara Budapesten van, talán itt elkapkodjàk a jó cuccokat. Once a year if I find anything. The deal is unreasonably big and expensive for everything. Az üzletben nem vették vissza és flegmák voltak. No helpfulness from the sellers.
