Nagyon gyorsan és kedvesen intézik a csomagszállítást és ha bármi kérdésem vagY problémám volt azonnal segítettek! Az árak magasak, viszont ha azt nézzük, hogy a ha a csomagjaimat délután felveszik pesten és másnap a reggeli órákban már ki is szállítják repülővel Sevillába akkor érthető, meg hát a futárjaik a világ legnagyobb cégének dolgoznak tehát érthető szóval most is és ezentúl is őket fogom választani! Ami nem tetszik hogy a csomagolóanyagokből kevés van és azok is kicsik, de hát ingyen van szóval erre sem lehet különösebb panasz. Valóban nem a legolcsóbbak a piacon ahogy itt egy másik értékelő is írta, de a pénzemért nyújtott szolgáltatások magukért beszélnek: ingyen dobozok, az összes vámpapírt és ügyintézést ők csinálták mindenféle felár nélkül sőt, sőt! a futár még szakszerűen be is csomagolta a lányom ajándékait. Nagyon ajánljuk és külön köszönjük Kránicz Vivien munkatársuknak, hogy türelmes volt hozzánk a sok hívogatás ellenére is. :) They provide a wide range of overseas services, the customer service is friendly, up to date and responsive to my inquiries within minutes! For them, the express is really express, our package arrived in Dubai in 1 day (2 days), which was quite amazing, it was cleared through customs in a few hours. They really aren’t the cheapest on the market as another reviewer wrote here, but the services I provide for my money speak for themselves: they’re free boxes, they did all the paperwork and paperwork at no extra charge, in fact! the courier even professionally wrapped my daughter’s presents.
