★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rip off - avoid. Bought a vintage watch which fell apart the day I bought it.Inner plate had been vandalised. Went home next day so had it fixed at home _ cost £150.
Receipt had neither phone number, e-mail or address to contact.
Went in to explain what happened next visit- all I wanted was small discount on another item.
Staff was rude and argumentative and was not willing to make slightest concession having sold faulty goods.
Staff have very little knowledge of watches and servicing is done on the cheap

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently visited Budapest and lost my Daniel Wellington whilst at Sziget. Visited the store and bought an amazing replacement soon after! The guy with blue eyes who served me was so helpful and i’d recommend anyone in the city to visit the store ! 5 stars cheers team Zun!

I love the range of products available in the store and there is always something new to check out. Thanks Zun Store!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I never received my items. I asked several times for tracking numbers when I finally received tracking numbers for my items they were sent to some place in Maryland. I do not live in Maryland. When I contacted support they sent me a statement stating they would send my items once again When I asked for tracking numbers for the new shipment they sent me the original tracking numbers. I think they are nothing but scammers and I would not recommend anyone buying from them. If I do receive my items by chance I will update my review but at this point I am out over $100 dollars. Buyers beware!
