★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came in to purchase a band for a very expensive vintage watch, the girl insisted she knew how to change it and nearly scratched the case before I insisted she stop.
Even after this, they had a nice vintage jaeger I was inclined to purchase.
The owner, her boyfriend, was rude and arrogant, and essentially ignored me. When pressed he refused to answer questions and only allowed me to speak with his girlfriend, who referred every question back to him in Hungarian.
I have never had a worse watch buying experience, they lost a sale, and soured a good client.

I bought an Omega 30T2 from this shop, wonderful piece but it has not been serviced before I bought it.
After discussion with them, they took charge of the service even if I was far away from Budapest, in a really good delay.
I appreciated it and I thank you again for your kindness and your professionnalism.
