★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1993. október 23-án avatták fel az emlékművet az "1956-os forradalom és szabadságharc névtelen hősei és ártatlan áldozatai emlékere". Az emlékoszlopon a november 5-i áldozatok neve olvasható, a földön fekvő fiatal halott alak pedig '56 minden mártírját jelképezi.
 On October 23, 1993, the monument was inaugurated as "the memory of the anonymous heroes and innocent victims of the 1956 Revolution and War of Independence." The memorial column reads the names of the victims of November 5, and the young dead figure lying on the ground symbolizes all the martyrs of ’56.
