Kocka alapú talapzaton Justitia, a törvény és az igazság istenasszonya áll mérleggel és karddal a kezében, mellette oltalmat, igazságot keresve a Magyarországot szimbolizáló, fiatal nő.
The fountain has been located in the square in front of the Szabó Ervin Library since 1929.
On a cube-based pedestal, Justitia, the goddess of law and truth, stands with a scale and a sword in her hand, next to her, a young woman who symbolizes Hungary in search of protection and truth.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Helyes kis szökőkút, remek helyen; kis téren, sétálóutca kezdetén. Igazán impozáns látványt nyújt a mögötte lévő Wertheim Palota. A közlekedés kiváló, a parkolás megoldott. A trianoni megemlékezés jegyében állították fel az eredetijét még csaknem száz évvel ezelőtt. Természetesen emlékezni kell, de mindig maradva a realitások talaján.
A nice little fountain, great location; in a small square at the beginning of a pedestrian street. The Wertheim Palace behind it is truly impressive. Transportation is excellent, parking is solved. The original was erected in memory of Trianon almost a hundred years ago. Of course, one must remember, but always staying on the ground of reality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Az 1929-ben állított szoborkompozíció egyik nőalakja a mérleget és kardot tartó Justitia. A másik nőalak Magyarországot ábrázolja, ahogy Justitiát átkarolva, annak szívére teszi a kezét.
A talapzat felső részén a két vízköpő között Rothermere arcmása található.
A medence oldalán az alábbi felirat fut körbe:
"E kutat hálás magyarok emelték Nagybritannia méltó fia Viscount Rothermere tiszteletére. Az ő betűje megöli a hatalmaskodást, az ő lelke megeleveníti az igazságot. 1928."
One of the female figures in the sculptural composition, erected in 1929, is Justitia holding a scale and a sword. The other female figure depicts Hungary as she embraces Justitia and puts her hand on its heart.
At the top of the pedestal, between the two gargoyles, is a portrait of Rothermere.
The following inscription runs around the side of the pool:
"This well was erected by grateful Hungarians in honor of Britain's worthy son Viscount Rothermere. His letter kills domination, his soul brings to life the truth. 1928."
