Egy műkőből készült kerek alakú, lépcsős medence közepén áll egy alul henger, feljebb négyzetes hasáb alakú posztamens, szintén műkőből. Körben a négy égtáj felé bronzból halak, bika, kos, oroszlán. A legtetején áll egy váza formában egy női alak bronzból, jobb vállán és bal kezében korsót tart, az utóbbiból víz folyik.
