Probléma megoldásban mi hibánkból adódóan rögtön léptek és segítettek a maradék csempe visszavételében! Nem mellesleg gyönyörű csempéik vannak amik már a lakásunkat is díszítik :) <3 Kind and fast service, accurate information by e-mail. Western level service. Online rendelés gyors, zökkenőmentes és nagyon udvarias, kedves, szimpatikus volt. Beautiful tiles, you could choose from all day, the selection is huge. I was not with them personally. Ordering online was fast, smooth and very polite, kind, sympathetic.

Az eladók rendkívül segítőkészek és kedvesek voltak személyesen és telefonon is. Pici hátrány, hogy a készlet nem helyben van, hanem Nagytarcsára kell kimenni a raktárba. De még így is megérti, mert nem kell sok kis boltot végigjárni. A raktárban is gyors és kedves kiszolgálásban volt részem. Ajánlom mindenkinek! Huge selection! But really! There are so many tiles exposed in different colors and sizes that one cannot win to look through. The sellers were extremely helpful and kind both in person and over the phone. A small drawback is that the stock is not in place, but you have to go to the warehouse in Nagytarcsa. But even so, you understand because you don’t have to go through many small shops. I also had a quick and kind service in the warehouse. I recommend to everyone!
S	Szilvia Takács on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A megrendelt típus helyett a gyár mást küldött, a cserére ugyan volt lehetőség, viszont erre újabb heteket kellett várni... csere esetén az áru visszaszállításában egyáltalán nem voltak rugalmasak, azt személyesen kellett intéznem, mi több az új termék kiszállítására sem volt lehetőség. A bemutatóterem és a raktár más helyszínen van, a raktár nyitvatartása nem túl ügyfélbarát, az áru átvétele miatt egy nap szabadságot kellett kivennem. Szerencsére visszavették a bontott csomagot is, de utólag ennek költségét érvényesíteni próbálták. Ennek semmilyen alapján nem éreztem indokoltnak. Nekem sok bosszúságot okoztak. Instead of the ordered type, the factory sent something else, although it was possible to replace it, we had to wait for more weeks ... in case of replacement, they were not at all flexible in returning the goods, I had to arrange it in person, whatever more, it was not possible to deliver the new product. The showroom and the warehouse are in a different location, the opening hours of the warehouse are not very customer friendly, I had to take a day off to receive the goods. Luckily, they also took back the broken package, but tried to enforce the cost of it afterwards. On that basis, I did not feel justified. They annoyed me a lot.

Az e-mail kommunikáció szuper volt, mindenről részletes tájékoztatást kaptunk. A nagytarcsai raktárban is segítőkész kiszolgálásban volt részünk, rendkívül elégedett vagyok a vásárlással. I’m so glad I found this trade. In Szentendre, a lady helped us pick up the order, and she was happy to calculate the quantity we needed. The email communication was super, we got detailed information about everything. We also had a helpful service in the warehouse in Nagytarcsa, I am extremely satisfied with the purchase.

Nagy dumás az Úr :) de megéri elmenni körülnézni. Segítenek párosítani is a dizájnokat. Egyenlőre csak pozitív tapasztalat. Very good, fair prices. QR code fresh stock query for each tile. We traveled 200km from the countryside. They also provide home delivery. The Lord is very foolish :) but it is worth going to look around. They also help to match the designs. For now, it's just a positive experience.
