★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2000 októberében jártam először az ACO- nál, akkor még a X. kerület Jászberényi úton voltak. Már akkor is nagyon szimpatikusak és korrektek voltak és ez azóta sem változott. Nem véletlenül jutottak szerintem oda, ahol most vannak!
I first visited the ACO in October 2000, when they were still on Jászberényi út in the 10th district. They were already very sympathetic and fair and that has not changed since. It is no coincidence that I think they got to where they are now!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Egy karcolt, nem rendesen záró, sérült ACO Licht tetőkibúvó lett a házamba beszerelve potom 1 millió forintért. Megígérték, hogy kicserélnek mindent mikor legközelebb kijönnek, ez eddig nem történt meg. Hat hete várok, de úgy látszik hiába mivel egyikük se veszi fel a telefont, SMS-re, email-re NEM válaszolnak. Jön a tél, a házamon a tetőkibúvó NEM zár rendesen és csöpög be rajta a víz és a motorok még mindig nincsenek beszerelve! Számomra egészen elképesztő, hogy egy ekkora cég ilyen visszataszító, primitív módon viselkedik. Azt ajánlom mindenkinek, hogy távolról kerüljék el az ACO Licht kft-t. Ha a héten nem történik érdemi előrelépés az ügyben akkor először a fogyasztóvédelemnél utána pedig a rendőrségen fogok feljelentést tenni.
A scratched, improperly closing, damaged ACO Licht roof hatch was installed in my house for 1 million forints. They promised to exchange everything the next time they came out, this hasn’t happened so far. I've been waiting for six weeks, but it seems in vain since none of them pick up the phone, they don't answer SMS or email. Winter is coming, the roof hatch in my house is NOT closing properly and water is dripping in and the motors are still not installed! It is quite amazing to me that a company of this size behaves in such a repulsive, primitive way. I recommend everyone to avoid ACO Licht kft remotely. If there is no substantive progress in the case this week, I will report it to the police first and then to the police.
