Végül elmentem személyesen, ahol mindenki azon igyekezett, nehogy oda menjek kérdezni. Kérdezték van-e időpontom, jeleztem miért nincs. Megmutatták merre találom az ajtókat. Természetesen senki nem jött oda megmutatni. Jeleztem, hogy tömörfa ajtók érdekelnének és azt sehol nem látom. Sajnos a kolléga ebédel, csak ő tudja megmutatni. És az nincs is kiállítva, csak katalógust tud majd mutatni (természetesen más nem tudná kezembe adni a katalógust). Annyit nem tudtak megmondani, mennyit kell várnom. 20 perc után eljöttem. I indicated that I would be interested in solid wood doors and I don’t see it anywhere. Unfortunately, the colleague has lunch, only he can show it. And it is not exhibited, it will only be able to show a catalog (of course no one else could give me the catalog). They couldn’t tell me how much to wait. I came after 20 minutes.

The sellers and warehousemen are also nice, but I didn't understand for the most part that there was something in the system, I would pay, but by the time I get to the warehouse it is already sold out.

A cég főbb termékcsoportjait ismerhettük meg az oktatás/bemutatás alkalmával. Láthattuk, hogy mi a különbség fa és fa között. Nagyszerű szakértelemmel, csúcsminőségű berendezésekkel és termékekkel találtuk szembe magunkat és nagy valószínűséggel igénybe is fogjuk venni a szolgáltatásaikat a jövőben. A cég honlapját meglátogatva látni fogjuk, hogy mennyire profin átgondolt rendszer is működik a háttérben a vevők fa és szinte már a faipari termékeken túli igényeinek kielégítésére. We were not here at the moment as a customer but as a site visitor with a group of carpenters. We got to know the main product groups of the company during the training / presentation. We could see the difference between wood and wood. We have found ourselves with great expertise, top quality equipment and products and will most likely use their services in the future. By visiting the company's website, we will see how professionally thoughtful a system works in the background to meet the needs of customers beyond wood and almost beyond wood products.
L	Levente Benko on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Udvarias, segítőkész ügyfélfogadás. Sorszámos rendszer az adminisztráción. A raktár kicsit elesett volt, de szerintem azért,mert ebédidőben voltam a helyszínen. A raktáros is segítőkész volt. Polite, helpful customer reception. Serial number system in the administration. The warehouse was a bit dropped, but I think it was because I was on site at lunchtime. The warehouseman was also helpful.

Segítőkészség nulla, minden kolléga a pultnál beszélgetett míg a vásárlók kb magukat szolgálták ki. Az külön érdekes, hogy amikor ezt elmeséltem két másik ismerős is azt mondta, hogy ők ugyanezt tapasztalták másik Jafholz üzletekben (!) rájuk se néztek mikor bementek, és végül nem is vásároltak ott. Mi se fogunk. I rarely felt uncomfortable in all 15 minutes, for which I was lucky. Helpfulness is zero, all colleagues talked at the counter while customers served themselves. What’s particularly interesting is that when I told this, two other acquaintances also said that they experienced the same thing in other Jafholz stores (!) They didn’t even look at them when they went in and ended up not even shopping there. We won't either.
