★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maga az ügyintézés, hozzáállás kiválló volt. Azonban a termekkel kapcsolatban hiányosak voltak az alkalmazott ismeretei. Hamvak vízbe temetését választottuk. Az urna, mint kesőbb kiderült úszó urna volt, igy meg negyed óra utan is a Duna felszínen lebegett. (Pedig direkt rakerdeztem, hogy azonnal elsülyed e az urna. ) Nem kaptunk figyelmeztetést, útmutatót , hogy a hamvakat át kell tölteni krematórium urnabéléséből a papírok közt átadott oldódó tasakba.
The administration itself, the attitude was excellent. However, the knowledge of the staff was incomplete with the rooms. We chose to burst the ashes into the water. The urn, as a recent floating urn, floated on the surface of the Danube after a quarter of an hour. (However, I was straightforward that the urn was sinking immediately.) We did not receive a warning, instructions that the ashes should be poured out of the cremator's urn lining into the soluble bag passed between the papers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Köszönöm az ügyintéző hölgy segítőkész és lelkiismeretes hozzáállását. Nagyon készséges volt, felvilágosítással szolgált illetve a temetővel folytatott párbeszédben is sokat segített.
Jó szívvel ajánlom az irodát és a hölgyet is mások számára ha ilyen tragédia éri az életben őket, mint engem.
Thank you for the helpful and conscientious attitude of the clerk. He was very willing, provided information and helped a lot in the dialogue with the cemetery.
I wholeheartedly recommend the office and the lady to others if such a tragedy strikes them in life as I do.
