★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nagyon kellemes hely! Szép részen van, a személyzet kedves, a wellnesz részleg is szuper volt. Az ágy rendkívül kényelmes, a szoba rendezett, tiszta volt. A szobában éjjel kissé hangos volt a hűtő, ez okozott némi kellemetlenséget, de ezen kívül mindennel nagyon elégedett voltam!
 Very pleasant place! It is in a nice part, the staff is nice, the wellness department was also great. The bed was extremely comfortable, the room was tidy and clean. The fridge in the room was a bit loud at night, which caused some inconvenience, but I was also very happy with everything!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nicely positioned, comfortable and very reasonably priced hotel. We had a beautiful large apartment with balcony looking over the garden. We enjoyed our stay a lot, although there was one member of staff we didn't take to. Overall a nice place, blighted by that one rude man.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean cosy place. Room is ok, has a kitchen tea kettle, kitchen aid. Bathroom was very clean, toilette too. Standard breakfast, but dont worry you wont be dissapointed. There is also basin in facility. Drawbacks employees speaks only in Hungarian and German and very little on English. I was there only one night so I cant tell you much more. Personal advice, do not take room number 13. It is located just above main entrance, so you might be awaken in very morning by hotel suppliers, guest, cars running engines.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service from the personnel. Hotel room was big and clean. Breakfast had a variety of offerings and hotel's location is really good: 15 minutes walking distance from the thermal lake and close to restaurants and shops. A very good choice if you are planning an escape to Heviz!! Also, the indoor pool of the hotel is really nice!
