★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visited pools and sauna only. And we loved it. The floor design is great, everything is well organized. Sauna entertainment program is fantastic, great experience. Both saunas have cold water bath which is essential for me. Will be back for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room has a suitable size and it is clean and tidy. The dinning area is big and has lot of foods to eat .Also the staff is friendly and helpful. Addition the hotel has different shops inside the hotel and that is so convenient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff was very friendly and made everything super easy even for first time wellness clients like us. The room was good size, clean and had all amenities needed with a great view of the region. The thermal spa was amazing, with many indoor and outdoor pools and options to book massages at quite OK price. The best part has to be the restaurant which, indeed pricey, but worth all the penny for the gastronomical experience it gives. Also, many bar options within the hotel and there's even a hotel gym for the ones interested in being fit ? Totally can recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We liked stay in this hotel a lot. There are four pools, two with thermal water (outside and inside), whirlpool, nice new saunas with relaxing zone, fitness center, possibility of massages and procedures. There are also lessons of morning gymnastics, stretching and aqua fitness with pleasant trainer, we enjoyed it, it was fine. Food was absolutely perfect and delicious, the staff was nice, we had half board. We would be glad to come back. The only thing we didn't like was a coffee from coffee machine during breakfast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really nice hotel! Clean, nice and comfortable rooms. The breakfast and the dinner were really tasty. The stuff are kind and professional. I really suggest to try the massage and other therapy of the hotel. The hotel and the lake has the same thermal water.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a really nice experience visiting this hotel recently with my extended family. I have to say that the professionalism and friendliness of the staff was exceptional throughout the whole hotel. I think people should learn about hospitality from them. Rooms were comfortable with nice views and cosy balconies where you could dry your swim clothes easily. They have provided robes and towels for the spa services and the pools which were also really nice. We had the half board option booked and I was impressed with the quality of the food and the quantity of the selections.
The hotel also have a thermal pool which is connected to the lake so if you cannot swim this is a great alternative to still enjoy the benefits of the thermal water.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a lovely place, on the expensive side but you get free breakfast and dinner (and amazing buffets), great vintage feel to the space (and the guests) and pretty good service throughout. We arrived quite late on our first night and they had left a lovely cheese board and some great bread in our room as our “cold” dinner which was much appreciated.
