★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheapest way to get from the airport but not so easy to find the return bus stops. Easier to download the app to prepay which is 900huf each way (approx £2.50)
Airport to Budapest is easy, follow the blue bus painted line on the floor, when you get outside, go left about 20 meters and you will see the stop 100E. and the attendant in the blue coat can validate your app phone ticket.
It stops in 3 places in the city all quite close to eachother.
We would recommend catching the return bus from by fashion street which is the start point. It does not stop at Astoria on the return but does one stop at kalvin Ter.
The bus then stops between terminal 2a and 2b
