Un posto luminoso e pulito, le ragazze che ci lavorano sono tutte cordiali, giovani,gentili e carinissime, i prezzi sono nella norma e sicuramente ci torneremo … abbiamo tardato per ritirare i bagagli a causa di un nostro sbaglio con i bus ma le ragazze non hanno chiesto una percentuale in più. Consigliatissimo, sono stata molto più contenta aver pagato loro che qualsiasi altro posto dove lasciare i bagagli a chissà chi.

B	Bianca Ninneman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location by Central Station with reasonable prices (8€ for 2 bags). We had to be out of our Airbnb by 11 and were able to check our bags before our evening flight. Would recommend and would use this in future.

Use of toilet possible. Directions to bus 100e and they are friendly to give other helpful tips. The bad: Can be a little hard to find. I would use them another time in Budapest :-)

People here were at first a bit surprised to see us, but then very friendly. Storing and picking up our luggage again was no problem at all - and reasonably priced. ;)

And it was missing 2000pr. And I went back to the shop and explained to the girl who gave me the change. And she didn’t seem so surprised with that I asked for more change and she gave me more change straight away. Please be honest with yourself (You work for a travel company for travelers)
ב	בת אל מזוז on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We followed Google's recommendations And unfortunately except keeping the suitcase and the proximity short distance to Central Station we were badly surprised by the attitude of one of the employee there. It was the first time in Budapest that we encountered such a repulsive attitude. So to the blonde girl who works there - if you do not like your job I would suggest you switch to another job. When we went back to pick up the luggage there were 2 other girls who were just fine. I wish that what i wrote will change something. Marry Christmas.
m	michal pelch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is supposed to close at 9pm, I said I'll drop off my bags at about 7pm. At 18.45 a girl called me saying the place is closing at 7pm and that she has to leave. So I stars going there as fast as I could. After 5min she called me back saying she has things to do and she will leave my stuff in front of the shop, on the street. I started running and arrived there at 7.04pm. Thankfully she was there waiting for me to arrive with my stuff on the street. She said me that her colleague was supposed to have informed me about this change of schedule and it's not her fault. Apart from the fact that they didn't tell us anything, even if they would have told, they should not accept a drop off at the same time of the closing of the place. I will definitely not recommend this place.. first of all cause it was not the best way to end our holidays, and also because their behaving is not professional.
