És ugye ezzel nagyon megröviditik a garancia időt! Not even a worthy service, they can't repair the TV for a month and a half! They find out everything, they refer to parts, etc.! And that shortens the warranty period a lot!

Az elkészült készülékről nem kaptam értesítést, a telefont nem veszik fel, e-mailre nem válaszolnak. kétheti telefonálás után sikerült beszélni velük, akkor közölték, hogy "a készülék már rég kész" :( They may be able to improve, but communication is the crap. I did not receive any notification about the completed device, the phone will not be picked up, no e-mail will be answered. after two weeks of phone calls I managed to talk to them, they were told that "the device has been ready for a long time" :(

Minősíthetetlen ez az eljárás egy világcég szervizéhez!! A telefonszámuk viszont gyakran elérhetetlen.
