★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ha lehetne minusz tizet adnék nekik.
Éjszaka közepén nem fogadott a nagyon beteg kiskutyámmal. Elküldött az István utcai klinikára ami a covid óta nem ügyel. A Lehel úti rendelő meg pont zárva volt este 8-tól reggel 8-ig.
Inkább nem is írok többet, mert az nyomdafestéket nem tűrő szavak lennének!!!!??????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to come at midnight. Had to wait 10 minutes max - due to doctors busy with another urgency. Got all the help that could be given in those circumstances. RIP. 16 years is 16 years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would not recommend bring a pet to this vet office at least based on my personal experience with bringing my cat. We went 2 days in a row for a sick cat and received different treatments and recommendations which were not completely explained. We also had blood work done which was not received on day that it was promised to be. When we called to check on results they could not find any records of either appointments or blood work results. Then later stated they would not be ready for another few days. That is unacceptable when dealing with sick animals. They should not make promises they cannot keep. I only went to this vet since my normal vet was closed for the week. I will not be coming back here ever again and will not recommend to others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even though the receptionist did not speak a word of English... (We managed just fine with Google translate), the staff were super helpful, friendly and efficient!
My dog is really nervous around strangers so efficency is key for me?
I can highly recommend!
