Ami ennél is fontosabb, emberséges, barátságosan tüneményes és inkább tovább (leginkább addig ameddig kell) tart a vizit, mint, hogy fél információval menjen el a páciens. Szerintem ez így rendben van, ennyiért is. Találkozunk még. I went to see Dr. Katalin Balogh, a doctor with obvious, intelligent communication and obvious knowledge. More importantly, it is humane, amicably phenomenal, and the visit lasts longer (mostly as long as it takes longer) than for the patient to leave with half the information. El is mentem az időpontomra behívtak egy rendelőbe majd 5 perc beszélgetés után közölték hogy ez most 36.500Ft lesz és a továbbiakat beszéljem meg kint….. A telefont nem veszik fel! -Hivatkoznak ügyvezető váltásra. ( Hidegkúti Dorottya ) elérhetetlen!!!!!!!!! - vissza hívást Ígérgetnek -Remélem a cég megprobálja az általam elutalt pénzt nyomtatókra költeni ,mert 10p volt kinyomtatni egy oldalt? Az időpontom elott 3 hónappal mar bejelentkeztem telefonon egy allergia vizsgalatra. Ekkor azt a tájékoztatást adták, hogy max 19.000 Ft lesz a vizsgalat. Csak azt elfelejtettek mondani hogy orvosi vizit díjat számolnak fel minden alkalomra, amelynek összege 36500 ft! Röhej! Közölték hogy miért nem tájékozódtam a honlapjukon.. A telefon mire van?!?!?? Miután 5percet töltöttem összesen a rendelőben egy orvossal , ezért nem állt szándékomban kifizetni ezt a pénzt, persze jöttek ügyvéddel ezek után meg +20,000 ft ot felszámoltak hozza! Hozzá tenném ha már ők hibáztak nekik kellett volna segíteni megoldani a problémát azonban semmi hajlam nem volt bennük erre.Ügyvezetői meghatalmazassal jött az ügyvédi papír, egy olyan ügyvezetőtől aki mar nem is dolgozik a cégnél! Szanalmas banda! Nem baj szívesen kifizettem hátha cégen belüli fejlesztésre költik, hogy megfelelő tájékoztatást adjanak máskor az embereknek…. Már a telefonos időpont foglaláskor tájékoztattak, hogy a panaszom kezelésére ki a leginkább megfelelő orvos, illetve az árakról is. Nem csalódtam, korrekt szolgáltató! The assistants were helpful!
