★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Csömöri úton nagyon kedvesek voltak a hölgyek. Maga a vérvétel is jól ment, pedig nagy mennyiség kellett.
 The ladies were very kind on Csömöri road. The blood draw itself went well, even though it took a large amount.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A honlapon feltűntetett arakhoz kepest sokkal drágább! Medicover synlab olcsobb. Ráadásul nekik küldik el a levett vért.
Compared to the prices listed on the website, it is much more expensive! Medicover synlab is cheaper. In addition, the blood taken is sent to them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Az Arany János utcai SpeedMedical rendelőbe foglaltam időpontot a honlapjukon keresztül nagy labor vizsgálatra. A honlap szerint a foglalás sikeresen megtörtént, de erről visszaigazolás nem érkezett e-mailben, nem kerestek más formában sem. Néhány nap múlva újra próbálkoztam, az ugyancsak sikeres foglalás után nem történt semmi. Mivel a vizsgálat sürgős volt, próbáltam a rendelőt elérni, a megadott mobil telefont (munkaidőben) nem vették fel, nem hívtak vissza. Ha ez egy működő rendelő, akkor lenne mit javítani az ügyfél - kommunikációjukon.
I booked an appointment at the SpeedMedical office on Arany János Street through their website for a large lab test. According to the website, the reservation was made successfully, but no confirmation was received by e-mail, no other form was sought. I tried again in a few days, nothing happened after the also successful booking. Because the examination was urgent, I tried to reach the office, the given mobile phone (during working hours) was not picked up, not called back. If this is a working office, there would be something to improve their customer communication.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kedvesek, gyorsan végeztünk a vérvétellel, én teljesen meg voltam elégedve, máskor is szívesen választom őket. Plusz pont, hogy már másnapra kaptam időpontot és az e-mailemre 10 percen belül válaszoltak!
Dear ones, we finished the blood sampling quickly, I was completely satisfied, I would be happy to choose them at other times. Plus, I got an appointment the next day and my email was answered within 10 minutes!
