They do not care about the patient at all, just about the money!
If you are looking for professional people, do not go there!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just been here the place is very cozy and good looking. The staff is very customer friendly. I came here for my yearly dental cleaning and the person who was responsible for me was very professional. Also I came here because I was looking for a permanent dentist, I found it! :)

Unlike others I decided to trust them when they found all those issues to fix. 2 filling that just had to be "renewed" now need an endodoncy, so basically I went there with 2 healthy teeth and now I have 2 teeth I have to kill the nerves for after visiting Dr Daniel Botos.
Of course the doctor in question does not care, the clinic does not take responsability for rectifying the situation ( at least until we go to court), they just come back with a long email copy pasting what I had already written in my claim.
I have requested a solution in several emails but they don't propose any.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor Zsuzsa Kovacs was the responsible person for my dental care and cleaning today. She was very nice and professional, as well her staff. They also speak good English, which helped all the process. It was my first time going to a dentist in Hungary, and since my father and brother are dentists I was a bit cautious, but I left there very satisfied with the attendance. They were also fast on e-mail response, and I was able to pay the treatment with my leisure Szep Card MKB. :) I will surely come back on my yearly check up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All their emails go to the spam folder, so it's difficult to make appointments by text. I waited 2 weeks for my appointment and then they called me the day before to cancel it due to "technical problems", whatever that means, and couldn't offer a new appointment for another week. Don't waste your time.
