★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Charged us for 2 lattes, but we only had 1. When the bill came she said there was nothing she could do, and offered us the second latte to go, but wouldn't remove it from the bill. Was only a few dollars, but felt like we were scammed because we were tourists. First time on our trip we got a receipt with no items listed, just a bunch of prices that didn't match what we ordered. Real shame.
