Most UNFRIENDLY Customer Care !! I made a booking 2 weeks in advance for a double skydive jump for me and my friend.... For the both of us it would have been our very first jump and I can't tell you how excited we were. We planned our entire trip to Budapest around our fixed and confirmed booking we had made. We planned a rental car, left our appartement earlier, took lots of cash out in HUF (yes because no credit cards are accepted = ridiculous) and we were ready to go. Double check-up before leaving, we call MTT to kindly ask to provide us with directions of how to get there. At first, an annoyed and grumpy voice answered the phone and told us to get to the website to get the address. We checked the website with a loosy wifi connection over the phone and couldn't find anything. We called a second time, the same person told us, instead of simply giving me the address straight away, to go to my e-mails assuring we had received all information after the booking was made. Which was not true. However, thinking we were the ones who had made the mistake, we spent another 20 minutes downloading all e-mails on the phone . After finally strongly insisting for the third time on receiving the address, this time by SMS, we got coordinates which could not be found in the GPS. Finally, on the last call, the unfriendly voice told us not to bother coming since there is nothing that can be done if our GPS does not find the location and simply hung up in our faces. We tried, even though really upset and not excited at all anymore, to remain calm and call them again to gently ask for the closest town or village so that we could figure out a way to make the trip. But this time, nobody bothered to pick up the phone anymore! We recommend, even if the prices are cheap, to AVOID this company. If they can’t take good care of you for basics requests, I don’t want to know how they take care of you when you put your life in their hands.read more
