The statue is pleasing, but unfortunately it was worn by time. You would need a thorough cleaning. That would be nice then.

In fact, its official name is "Monument to the Recapture of Buda Castle", but a "rushing angel" is also a used alternative.
On September 2, 1686, the united army of different countries of Europe recaptured Buda Castle from 145 years of Turkish rule. With the arrival of Buda, the way was opened to liberate the whole territory of Hungary, and thus to expel the Turkish conquerors from Europe.
The monument was inaugurated on September 2, 1936, on the 250th anniversary of the recapture from the Turks.
Its base is Harasz limestone, bronze 350 cm, advancing winged angel, holding a double cross raised high in his right hand, 160 cm.
Inscription on the front of the pedestal: "BUDA REGIA / EX SERVITUTE / IN LIBERTATEM / RESTITUTA / A.D.MDCLXXXVI." at the back: 'On the 250th anniversary of the liberation of Buda Castle, it was raised by the Capital City
