★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best hotels I've ever been to. Incredible customer service and the receptionists were really nice. The rooms are really clean and tidy. They were nicely presented and had useful amenities. The prices are reasonable and the hotel is well situated. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are going to Budapest.

Room was small, but clean, very spacey shower.
Breakfast was average, some food was gone when we arrive later.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attention! I strongly do not recommend accommodation in this hotel! The cleaning service steals things from the bags in the room. They stole my family memories - gold medal (aprox.500 euros). Absolutely disgusting is the idea somebody is messing with your things. Apparently some cash has disappeared from my wallet, but unfortunately I don't know how much. No corresponding action was taken by the hotel after the incident was reported.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It says breakfast free , but it isn’t .the hotel as such is fine , so is the restaurant and the staff . I was there yesterday, when I checked in the day before yesterday the price of the restaurant was prominently displayed at the reception and in the rooms. I went to the restaurant and had food but was charged much more than what was in the displayed prices . When queried I was told this is the correct price. To me displaying one price and charging different and higher is not professional
