A	Adányi László on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Néhány éve volt igaz, el is felejtettem de most valahogy előjött megint. Azóta rendszeresen írok véleményt, a google-on ezért gondoltam megosztom itt a tapasztalatom. Ha változott a helyzet azonnal változtatom az értékelésemet. Szóval: Rendeltem egy terméket, nem úgy és az jött amit vártam. Leírtam a bolt értékelésnél, mire a bolt válaszolt teljesen kiforgatva azt ami történt és hogy én nem mondok igazat, mert hogy emlékeztek a problémára. Egyszerűen nem fogadták el a negatív érékelést és ezt előttem másik véleményírókkal is megtették. Erre viszont az árukereső nem engedett reflektálni mondván, "felületünkön nem adunk teret a panaszok megvitatására" Ezt teljesen megértem, csak hogy én vagyok a vevő ezért nekem kellene tudnom értékelni. Így az a helyzet áll elő, hogy a bolt bármit írhat válaszként és így adott esetben kvázi a bolt értékeli a vevőt és az egész bolt értékelés elveszti az értelmét. Megoldásként vagy a vevőnek kellene tudni még egyszer reagálni és ott lezárni a párbeszédet, vagy a boltnak nem kéne engedni válaszolni. Ha akarja orvosolni a problémát meg tud keresni emailben, telefonon vagy akár az árukeresőn keresztül. Ezt akkor felvetettem az árukereső kollégának akivel leveleztem, de nem válaszoltak. I wrote down in the store review, and the store responded by completely twisting what had happened and that I was not telling the truth because they remembered the problem. They simply did not accept the negative evaluation and I did it before other commentators. However, the commodity vendor did not allow me to reflect, saying, "We do not give room to discuss complaints on our surface." Thus, the situation is that the store can write anything in response and thus, in a given case, the quasi store evaluates the buyer and the whole store valuation loses its meaning. As a solution, either the buyer should be able to react again and close the dialogue there, or the store should not be allowed to respond. If you want to fix the problem you can find it by email, phone or even through the product finder. I then raised this with a colleague I had corresponded with but didn't respond. Terribly slow and annoying administration. I would expect a lot more from an "online" business .... Fortunately, it's a pretty competitive market.
