Amikor sürgős, komoly gondom volt, napokon belül legalább megnézte az autómat, hogy megnyugodjak, hogy mennyire sürgős az eset. Való igaz, hogy egy olajcserére egyszer 2 hónapot kellett várjak, de az a nyári szabadságolási időszakban volt, így ezt is elfogadtam. Sok órát töltöttem ott az autószerelés közben, és Károly valóban mindent megtesz, hogy feleslegesen ne cseréljen ki semmit. Tisztában vagyok vele, hogy a kereskedőtől ő olcsóbban veszi és kedvezményt kap - ezzel nekem nincs is problémám - mégis, így nagyon nem transzparens számomra az elszámolás.
