I	István ŐZSE on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A kocsim alját megtéptem Balatonalmádi egyik utcának nevezett szemétdombján(A gazos elhanyagolt "utcában" egy csatornafedél állt ki vagy 25-30 cm-t amit a gaztól nem láttam) Szerelőt kerestem aki megnézné és megjavítaná. Ìgy jutottam el az Autoferrohoz. Telefonban a főnök azt mondta, hogy csak következő héten tudják megjavítani, de hozzam be azért alá néznek, esetleges alkatrészigény miatt stb. A kocsit beérkezésem után 5 perccel már fel is emelték, kiderült nincs különösebb baja, csak a kipufogó rögzítése csúszott ki a helyéből, ezértvolt a "sportos" hang. A rögzítést visszarakták a helyére, pénzt nem fogadtak el! Ezúton is köszönöm nekik, hogy bár "be voltak havazva" mégis fontosnak tartották, hogy segítsenek megállapítani a hiba nagyságát. Emberségből (is) öt csillag vagy csillagos ötös! The car was already lifted 5 minutes after I arrived, it turned out there was no particular problem, only the exhaust mounting slipped out of place, so there was a "sporty" sound. The recording was put back in place, no money was accepted! Thanks again to them, even though they were “snowed in” they still considered important to help determine the magnitude of the error. From humanity (also) five stars or five stars!
g	gunti456 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Még 2017 nyarán bedöglött az anyós oldali elektromos ablakemelőm, le volt húzva teljesen és nem tudtam felhúzni, még felrángatni se tudtam kézzel. Pont esős napok jöttek és bementem a szervizbe, hátha valamit tudnak csinálni vele. Éppen teltház volt, sürgés-forgás, ezért kicsit égő arccal mentem be az emelőhöz elmesélni az esetemet, de rögtön kaptam egy kollégát, aki lekapta az ajtókárpitot és megpróbált életet lehelni az emelőbe, majd feltolni valahogy az üveget. Sajnos nem sikerült egyik sem, mert - mint kiderült később - csak az emelőmotor és szerkezet cseréje oldhatta meg a problémát, de nagyon kedves gesztus volt tőlük, hogy időt tudtak szánni rám. Gyors segítségre volt szükségem, mert átutazóban voltam, de az autó alján egy "takarópanel" félig lelógott az aszfaltra, ami irdatlan hangot adott menet közben, valamint akár veszélyeztethette volna a mögöttem közlekedőket, ha leválik. Ahogy megérkeztem a szervizhez már láttam, hogy tele vannak melóval. Ennek ellenére azt mondták, hagyjam ott az autót és fél óra múlva jöjjek vissza. Fél óra múlva az autó útra kész volt! A poén, amivel manapság nem is találkoztam, hogy azt mondták, mivel néhány perces munka volt, így nem kerül semmibe. Nem fogadtak el pénzt! Szóval ezek után tényleg csak ajánlani tudom, mert aki így áll hozzá a potenciálisan "bajba" jutott autóshoz és a munkához, annak a jelleme is elismerésre méltó!!! I can recommend it to everyone! As soon as I arrived at the service station I saw that they were full of jobs. Still, they told me to leave the car there and come back in half an hour. In half an hour the car was ready to go! The joke I haven’t even come across these days is that they said it was a few minutes of work so it doesn’t cost anything. No money was accepted! So after that, I can really only recommend it, because anyone who approaches the car and the work that is potentially in trouble, its character is also commendable !!!

A szervizben hamar fogadtak, kedvesek voltak, jó árban, gyorsan megjavítottàk és még a kilátóhoz is útbaigazítottak, amit megnéztünk, míg az autón dolgoztak :) KÖSZÖNJÜK! Our exhaust came off when we arrived for vacation. Sajnos mint utólag kiderült, olyan rossz minőségű olajat raktak az autómba és még a szűrőket sem cserélték ki!!! Amivel akkora anyagi kárt okoztak nekem,amit azóta sem tudok megoldani, nem beszélve a sok idegeskedésről, stresszről ami ezzel együtt jár!!! Mit mondhatnék, átverve érzem magam! I brought my car in for an oil change, I turned to them with confidence! Unfortunately, as it turned out, they put such poor quality oil in my car and they didn't even replace the filters !!! Which has caused me so much financial damage that I haven't been able to solve since, not to mention the a lot of nervousness and stress that comes with it !!! What can I say, I feel overwhelmed!
