Kind, helpful salespeople. Prices are pretty good, especially for handkerchiefs.

We will have a wedding soon, so my partner and I went to look for a suit. We also found one in the store, unfortunately the size was not good. The seller was very kind and helpful anyway, he said they would order us in 2 sizes as well and if there is a way to exchange it. That is, to possibly get out of one of the two. He said he would call later today or the next day. Well, that's not how it happened. Good of course no problem, I went in to ask what the situation was. I have already spoken to another seller who said it cannot be exchanged but will arrive with the next shipment. Well, that wasn't true either. My pair went for the third time, when it turned out we were waiting in vain, because they are no longer in stock ... and then they promised that we would get a 10% discount, and that they would be allowed to exchange if we bought a suit from the new collection. Needless to say, we didn't get a call again, we had to go in again to find out that the new shipment had arrived, but again, there was no replacement. I was honestly very disappointed in the store ... we both work a lot, and it was all time and a lot of nervousness for us. Luckily, we’ve since found another suit in another store, which is probably a lot better than what we looked like there. I hope no one has to go through the same turmoil because it’s very annoying. We are sure we will never want to buy from there again.
