Nachdem sich nach über einem Jahr rein garnichts getan hat, habe ich den Vertrag mit 1A Balaton Immobilien gekündigt und den Verkauf unserer Häuser selbst in die Hand genommen. Siehe da, die beiden Häuser waren nach sage und schreibe 5 Wochen verkauft. Nach der Kündigung haben wir persönlich angreifende und verhöhnende Email bekommen, was mir nur sagt wie UNPROFESSIONELL Frau Wipfler doch ist. Nie wieder. Es gibt sehr profesionelle Immobilienagenturen im Kreis Keszthely, 1A Balaton zählt hier nicht dazu. Mein Rat: Finger weg! Never again Balaton 1A real estate. After nothing at all happened after more than a year, I terminated the contract with 1A Balaton Immobilien and took the sale of our houses into my own hands. Lo and behold, the two houses were sold after a whopping 5 weeks. After the termination, we received personally attacking and mocking emails, which only tells me how UNPROFESSIONAL Ms. Wipfler is. Never again. There are very professional real estate agencies in the Keszthely district, 1A Balaton is not one of them. My advice: hands off!
