Fast, accurate, reliable, attentive. They noticed that I had accidentally ordered the XL version from one of the color cartridges, they asked me if my choice was intentional! So I didn’t get an unpleasant surprise because of my own inattention. Thanks again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible... If you want to print from your email, they ask you to pay for 30 minutes of internet to use their computer. Unprofessional. There is Office Depot 1 minute walking away, better go there. (I was forced because Office Depot had problems with printers).
