Unfriendly receptionist. Poor breakfast. They didn't clean the rooms during 2 days until we had to discuss with them. Restaurant closes when they want, sometimes 20:00 or sometimes 21:30, you are lucky if it is opened when you want to have dinner. Some receptionists and waitress don't wear mask or they don't wear it correctly neither when they speak with you. ( I want to add: you can see their rude answer for my critic. They know exactly that they didn't make our rooms the 2 first days and also they can check their security cameras in the reception at 7:00 6/02/2021 to take a look how the receptionist didn't wear the mask when is talking to me during the check out.) There are 2 ways: accept the critics or lie and insult your customers.

5 + 5 stars, from the first moment of our arrival we were welcomed with superb service along with a wellness area and rooms that were above our expectations. Thank you for an unforgettable weekend.

I do not recommend this hotel at all. Just to access your room you need to go upstairs through 24 steps divided into different stairs, and only then you'll find the lift. To access the car, you need to exit hotel facilities and walk for about 100m to reach the covered car park. Both guests and staff were not wearing face masks inside hotel facilities, and to reach the restaurant, it was also needed to walk for a while and go through several stairs. Moreover, I found a cockroach in my room the very first night. I definitely would never repeat nor recommend it to anyone.

First class hotel just opposite the famous cave baths in Miskolctapolca. The hotel has a fantastic wellness spa of its own which is included in the price of the room. Also a nice restaurant and bar.

We had a great Family stay in this hotel. Location is fantastic, room furniture is bit older but clean. Wellness part needs some improvement but still we enjoyed it. The best here is the stuff which is always very nice and helpful and also tasty meel they serve for breakfast and dinner.

presidential suite- sparking clean, spacious with modern decoration and furniture with comfortable bed. The room had large panoramic terraces. Friendly staff, with great Continental breakfast with great healthy choices. It’s situated only a few steps away from the world famous Cave Bath - Barlangfurdo. Will definitely come again!

Where to start. Cleaning service 0 points for sure. Badly cleaned toilet in our just check-in room, dirty glasses, mess in wellness zone .. Another issue - No drinking water in wellness zone where are saunas? So you have to go out of the wellness zone wet to the chilly main hall to buy expensive water for which you wait for eternity, then they gave you 2 very dirty glasses with it and you take it back to wellness... where you have to place it on the ground as there are no tables near the saunas? ? this resulting into a total mess in wellness, empty glasses and bottles here and there from the visitors. Wellness itself was very average and quite old. Not absolutely bad, but nothing like the pictures. Hotel looked nice inside. Even our room looked modern, renovated and nice. However, the bed in our room was just not comfortable at all (springs were really sensible with every movement). Positives: Definitely one receptionist that was able to communicate with us in English and was really nice. Another positive was breakfast which provided decent options. If this wasn't 4* wellness hotel I wouldn't be this strict. But 4* service shouldn't look like this.

The location to the hotel is a very short walk to the beautiful park and the thermal cave bath. Free parking option at the back. The wellness centre facilities are amazingly equipped and clean. Food at the restaurant was delicious. Great attentive friendly service and they even made me a fresh toast after they witnessed me burning my own toast. Will definitely stay here again. Great comfy room and comfortable deep sleep.
