Kb két perc várakozás után, köszönés nélkül egy "tessék" megszólításra a pulthoz léptem. Köszöntem, majd elmondtam miért jöttem. A hölgy nem rám figyelt, hanem a kollégák beszélgetését hallgatta tovább. Miután, befejeztem a mondandómat, a hölgy mivel nem figyelt, visszakérdezett : "micsoda?" Úgy gondolom, hogy ez a kommunikáció még egy piacon sem állja meg a helyét, egy patikában meg különösen nem. Biztosan nem fogom többé igénybe venni a szolgáltatásaikat, és mindenkit lebeszélek róla. Vásárlás közben a kérdéseimre fél szavas vakkantások, pofavágás, a szakasszisztens hölgy mérhetetlen undorrol szolgál ki. Kérem, köszönöm, esetleg köszönés ismeretlen. Csak életveszély esetén megyek mégegyszer. It wasn’t the first time I found that entering a pharmacy gives the customer nothing but a treating grimace. While shopping for my questions, half-word blindfolds, jaw-cutting, the section assistant lady serves with immeasurable disgust. Please, thank you, maybe greetings are unknown. I only go again in case of danger to life.
O	Olgi Birkás-Tokodi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Elég felszerelt gyógyszertár, de csak ha muszáj térek be. 2 ember kivételével, a többi gyógyszerész viselkedése a vásárlókkal kritikán aluli, lenèző, sőt van ,hogy beszélgetnek mikor vásárló van előttük, fintorral az arcán kérdez, vagy csak nèz az emberre szótlanul. Főleg egy középkorú sötèthajú, és egy fiatal feketehajú hölgyemèny. Van hogy inkább máshoz állok inkább sorban, mert falra mászok a viselkedèsètől. Jó lenne ha új alkalmazottakat keresnènek,mert úgy látom sokan panaszkodnak itt rájuk. Quite an equipped pharmacy, but only if I have to come in. Kértem az árkorrekciót, de a "bocsánat ezt a régi árat kinnt felejtettükön" kívül értelmes panaszkezelést nem kaptam csak vállvonogatást és várakoztatást. Értem én, hogy valahol pénzt kell keresni, de azt azért elvárnám egy patikában, hogy tisztában legyenek a szabályokkal, arról engem is tudjanak tájékoztatni, ne nekik az álljon feljebb ha hibáznak és ne látszódjon messziről az undor, hogy dolgozni kell. Soha többet nem költöl el náluk egy fillért sem, amig nem változik a hozzáállásuk a vásárlókhoz. Máshol ráadásul megkapom ugyanazt olcsóbban.
