Nem számít, hogy kezdő vagy haladó szinten állsz: a reformer adta lehetőségeket kihaszálva saját ritmusodban, egyéni igényeidnek megfelelően fejlődhetsz. Egyik alapelvünk a tudatos testformálás: a rugós ellenállásnak és különböző egyensúlygyakorlatoknak köszönhetően könnyebben ráérzel a helyes mozdulatokra és már 2 hét alatt látni fogod az eredményt.

I just moved here and don’t speak Hungarian but everyone is super nice to help translate and some classes are in English. Missed group classes and so happy I found this place.. just book classes early they get booked fast!
