Bibó István (1911–1979) politikus, az 1956-os forradalom kiemelkedő alakja, a Nagy Imre kormány megszállás ellen tiltakozó minisztere, a 20. század egyik legnagyobbnak tartott demokrata politikai gondolkodója.

István Bibó (1911-1979) in the XX. He is considered one of the greatest Hungarian political thinkers of the 20th century. During the 1956 revolution, at the beginning of November, he was a member of the government of Imre Nagy as Minister of State. He was arrested in 1957 for his political activities and sentenced to life imprisonment. He was released in 1963 by amnesty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ István Bibó je bil madžarski pravnik, javni uslužbenec, politik in politični teoretik. Po revoluciji se je sicer uspel obdržati na oblasti, vendar so ga kasneje obsodili in dosodili dosmrten zapor. Kasneje je bil pomiloščen. Iz ploščadi se vije lep pogled na jug in sever.
István Bibó was a Hungarian lawyer, civil servant, politician and political theorist. After the revolution, though, he managed to stay in power, but was later sentenced to life in prison. He was later pardoned. The ramp has a beautiful view of the south and north.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ István Bibó was a highly revered Hungarian political thinker. He was a member of Imre Nagy's government in 1956 which was a great time of political change in Hungary. This bust of Bibó unfortunately doesn't offer any information about him in English except the date of his birth and death.
