★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good experience overall. Barbara (salesperson) was very helpful, knowledgeable about the products and could speak English, Spanish and Russian. Store shall improve management of inventory items though, given that some basic items were not available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought 4 shirts regular fit but I found one of them extra slim fit when I went back to change it to regular fit I didn’t found the same one they pushed me to buy another one I took another one with cheaper price but didn’t give back the difference amount, the cashier lady started to be very tough and didn’t give me back the difference amount. She said you have to buy something else. the sales man was helpful and nice.

I can see a lot of suits and sizes on their website, but in the store, they only have a couple, and certainly none of the suits that I like on their website. Also, some of their suits are actually made in China, so not too much Milano. During my visit, I liked one suit, but it wasn't available in my size, and I was told they would order it only if I pay the full price up front. I wasn't ready to pay for something I haven't even tried on. Overall, I found the store quite useless.
