H	Hebii on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A tourist tipping place. When I booked, they said the price is a range , final price is based on the actual quantity of product used. I asked for an estimate, they said max HFR 20,000 for color+washing+cutting+drying, which was allied with their price list stuck in the window for ladies short hair (15,000-20,000)I booked in with Rosza and another lady for color. In the end, they said it will be 26,500. And the receptionist and Rosza ganged up on me saying that the receptionist did not quote 20,000 when I booked, she quoted 25,000 instead. Of course they would say that! I paid 22,000 in the end to get myself out of this rotten situation. Rosza was very rude and aloof. towards the end of the cut, I asked her whether this cut needs blow-drying or just naturally dry after wash. She said “ you know your own hair”. I have never been to any place that charging at this premium level and yet so rude to their customers. Is it because I am a tourist? Terrible experience, watch out!

The girl who was painting my hair forgot to wash it in the correct time, it made my hair super dry with a horrible color, and, right after the guy who supposed to cut it, cut a lot and in a horrible way absolutely straight!!! and I asked in V form. they ask me 80€ for that disaster ! The customer service doesn’t exist for them! I do not recommend it, other wise you will cry like me and run for to find a real hairdresser.
R	Robert Tanczos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came with an English friend for a gents cut. The actual hair cut was fine. The customer service on the other hand was absolutely appalling. On arrival several receptionist ladies on the desk didn't greet us or ask to take our coats. No drinks offered throughout the whole appointment. Asked the hairdresser about products to purchase. He said to check with reception. Again reception ladies tried to look up the two products on their ancient computer system. It took her more than five minutes to find the pricing for one product. At this point I asked to speak with a manager. He came over and in a passive aggressive tone he asked "What do you want me to do?", shrugged and walked away. Never again!

The girl who was highlighting my hair (Bianca) used material without foil and it caused me skin rash and eye burning couple of days after.. I asked for highlight I was shocked to see my whole hair in orange color when the guy dried my hair.. The color I hated the most.. Bianca forgot to wash my hair on proper time and it made my hair super dry with a horrible color!! they ask me 90€ for that disaster and I fully paid! I do not recommend it, other wise you will cry like me and run for to find a real hairdresser.

Nice, good prices, professional services, in the heart of downtown. I feel myself precious every single time, and this is because him, the profi:Zsidro Tamas! Love him!??

The place it’s dirty and the staff it’s very rude and they should put their ego a little bit down.especially the ladies from the reception. U work as a receptionist not as a doctor. The prices are ok but they are very lazy and moving very slow. Just because it’s on the main boulevard doesn’t mean it’s the best.

A	Alexandra Style on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ we lived on the top floor. the hotel is excellent. the room is spacious. great attention to detail, the room has everything you need (safe, iron, hair dryer, various little things). You can walk to the Eiffel Tower. The lady at the front desk could have been friendlier.
