Not even worth one star. Your staff is so rude (the younger female with long hair). We are family of four first time visiting Budapest and felt in love with this country. We were having a great time at the Budapest Makery learning how to cook Hungarian food. The restaurant do not has a good kitchen hood and hence our clothes smell like a BBQ smell. We walked into your shop as you have a beautiful design clothing. But we didn’t expect such welcome from your staff. She covered her nose with her jumper while walking passed us in the shop. She opened the door and refused to close the door in order to ‘air’ the shop. My children were asking me why the staff were covering herself? She doesn’t like us? Is she racist? Is there something wrong with us? I seriously don’t know how to answer them. Should I blame Budapest makery because the hood wasn’t good enough? We shower twice a day and we are not a beggar that don’t shower for months or years. I am surprised this is how well you train your staff. You should sack your staff. This is all about customer service. I am really disappointed receiving this type of discrimination. Such a bad experience to end my last day in Budapest.

A very good store which was made by Hungarian women around 10 years ago. They do make the cloths locally which has a really good quality. The selection of the cloths is very good, the last trends are here to be bought. The staff is really helpful and polite.

I know we are suppose to give stars for the clothes but the sales assistant today was so nice that I couldn’t resist writing HOW NICE HE WAS! Super nice. We normally feel super awkward at designer stores, but he made us feel comfortable. Tried on some clothes, got some advise. Walked out knowing exactly what to order online. PS: also love the clothes!
