A szerviz 22.04.13.-án jött ki a készüléket ellenőrizni , azóta nem történt semmi.22.05.23.-án reggel 8-9 között ígérték az új készülék felhelyezését, és reggel 8 órakor hívtak, hogy nem jönnek, mert nem érkezett be a készülék, szíves elnézésemet kérik. A lakás melegvíz ellátás nélkül van hetek óta. A levelekre nem válaszolnak , csak megkésve , miután telefonon megkeresem a céget.
